InviFill wasn't born from a business idea on a whiteboard. It started with a simple thought: "There has to be a better way to personalise hundreds of invitation PDFs."
It started with a wedding invitation. While preparing digital invitations for a wedding in the family, we didn't want to send the same generic PDF to every guest — we wanted each person to see their own name on it. That small wish turned into hours of repetitive manual work: typing in a name, adjusting alignment, exporting a PDF, renaming the file and doing it again — 300 times.
We searched for a tool that could do this automatically, but couldn't find one built for the workflow we actually needed — or for Indian scripts. Later, we discovered that invitation designers and card shops were facing the same problem every day — we realised this wasn't just our problem, it was a problem worth solving.
Then we thought: "There has to be a better way to personalise hundreds of invitation PDFs."
