InviFill is built so that your invitation designs and guest lists never have to leave your device. This page explains exactly what that means, what little data we do collect and why.

InviFill is a browser-based tool: you upload a PDF invitation template and a guest list and the tool generates personalised copies of that PDF. That entire process — reading the PDF, rendering the guest name and writing the output file — runs as JavaScript inside your own browser tab. Neither the invitation template, the guest names, nor the generated PDFs are ever sent to our servers, because our servers never see them in the first place. This policy explains what limited data actually does reach us and what stays on your device.
None of the above is transmitted over the network at any point during normal use. You can verify this yourself: load the tool, then disconnect your internet connection and you'll still be able to upload your PDF template and font and generate your personalised PDFs — all generation happens locally inside your own browser, not on our servers. A web font loaded from a URL (e.g. a Google Font) does need an internet connection to fetch the font itself; a font file you upload directly does not. We've disabled right-click, developer tools and related shortcuts on the tool to protect our client-side code, so this can't be verified via the Network tab.
Like most websites, we collect ordinary website analytics when you
visit www.invifill.com or use our free demo tool
or our premium tool: device and browser type, an approximate
location derived from IP address (typically city/region level, not
precise GPS), which page referred you here and which pages you
visit. This is scoped to understanding site traffic and never
touches your invitation files or guest data, which — as above —
never reach us to begin with.
We also collect a small set of anonymous, aggregate usage numbers when you run a generation batch — things like your guest list count, the number of PDFs processed and how long generation took. These numbers are for analysis and troubleshooting only: we never see your actual uploaded PDF template, guest names or the generated PDF files themselves, which — as above — never leave your browser. We use these numbers to understand real-world performance and generation times and to make the tool faster and more reliable.
There's no separate sign-up. When you purchase the Pro plan, we collect the details you provide at checkout to create your account — your name, email address and WhatsApp/mobile number — along with your licence/subscription status. See Accounts & Premium below.
If you purchase a Pro licence, your payment is handled entirely by our third-party payment processor — we never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details. The processor may collect billing information (such as your name, billing address and payment method details) directly from you to complete the transaction, subject to its own privacy policy.
The tool stores a few things locally in your browser, using standard web storage — never uploaded anywhere:
config.json or a web
server.
Clearing your browser's site data for
www.invifill.com removes all of this. It is
specific to one browser on one device — it does not sync or back up
anywhere unless you use the Settings dialog's own Export feature to
save a copy yourself.
The required JS libraries for PDF reading/writing and ZIP archive creation are bundled and hosted directly on our own server, so they load from us rather than from a third-party CDN. Google Fonts (interface font and any web font you configure for guest names) is still loaded from Google's CDN at startup. Loading a font involves your browser making a normal request to that CDN, which — like any web request — exposes your IP address to that provider. None of these requests include your invitation content; they only fetch the font code itself.
The Free plan needs no account at all — there's no separate sign-up. When you purchase the Pro plan, we use the name, email address and WhatsApp/mobile number you provide at checkout to create your account automatically. We use this email address to send your pro tool access instructions. If that email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your Spam/Junk folder before contacting support.
For as long as your account exists, we may also use your email address and WhatsApp number to send plan expiry reminders, important service announcements and occasional offers.
Website analytics are retained for as long as reasonably needed to understand traffic trends, then aggregated or deleted. Account data (email, licence status) is retained for as long as your account exists, so we can keep confirming your Premium status; you can request deletion at any time — see Your rights.
Because your invitation content and guest lists never reach us, there is nothing on our side to access, export or delete on that front — it all already lives only on your device, under your control. For the account data we do hold (name, email, WhatsApp number, licence status), you can ask us to access, correct or delete it at any time by emailing us — see Contact.
InviFill is a business tool intended for shops, designers and event organisers. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect account information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage checking back periodically, especially before renewing a Premium licence.
