1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement
between you and WebVista ("we", "us", "our"), the maker of InviFill
(the "Service"), available at
www.invifill.com. By opening, browsing
or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these
Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
InviFill is a browser-based tool that personalises a PDF invitation
template with guest names supplied via a CSV/TXT file, generating
one output PDF per guest. The Service runs client-side: your PDF and
guest list are processed inside your own browser and are not
uploaded to our servers as part of that core workflow. See our

The Service is offered as-is for use by shops, designers, event
planners and individuals preparing invitations, certificates or
similar personalised documents. It is not a general-purpose PDF
editor and does not modify the underlying invitation design beyond
adding the guest's name at a position you choose.
Both the free demo and the Pro plan work only inside the desktop
version of Google Chrome. Because PDF generation runs entirely
client-side inside your own browser, we take measures to protect
our client-side source code — this may include disabling
right-click, browser DevTools/Inspect Element, View Page Source
and related keyboard shortcuts. If DevTools are detected as open,
you may be redirected away from the page automatically. This is an
intentional part of how the Service operates and is not a defect.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your
jurisdiction, to purchase a Pro licence. The free demo may be used
by anyone capable of forming a binding contract under applicable
law or with the involvement of a parent/guardian where required.
4. Accounts
The free demo requires no account and no separate sign-up. When
you purchase the Pro plan, an account is created automatically on
our platform using the name, email address and WhatsApp/mobile
number you provide at checkout, so we can verify your licence
status. We may use this email address and WhatsApp number to send
access instructions, plan expiry reminders, important service
announcements and occasional offers. You're responsible for
keeping your account access secure and for all activity that
happens under your account. Tell us immediately at

5. Free demo and Pro plan
The free demo is available without an account or payment, with full
core functionality, but adds a watermark band to each PDF page, a
filename prefix and a fixed line in the PDF's Title metadata. The
Pro plan removes the watermark from pages, filenames and metadata
and unlocks full control over PDF Title/Author/Subject metadata,
once activated on a signed-in account. Current pricing and feature

and may be updated from time to time; the price in effect at the
time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
6. Fees and payment
Pro fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) for customers billed in
India and in US Dollars ($) for customers billed outside India;
the applicable currency is shown at checkout. Payments are
processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your
full card or payment details ourselves. The annual Pro plan is a
single charge
that covers one year of access and does not renew automatically; you
can purchase a new term when it expires to keep Pro features active.
The lifetime plan is a single, one-time charge with no recurring
billing. Applicable taxes (e.g. GST) may be added at checkout
depending on your billing location.
7. Refunds
Pro purchases (annual or lifetime) are final and non-refundable
under any circumstances. Before purchasing, try the

8. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Specifically,
you agree not to:

Upload or process any invitation template, image or content you
do not own or do not have the right to use

Use the Service to generate documents intended to defraud,
impersonate or mislead a recipient

Attempt to circumvent the free demo's watermark or Test PDF limits
through automation, reverse-engineering or tampering with the
Service's code

Use the Service in a way that could disable, overburden or impair
how the Service functions for other users

Resell or sublicense the Service itself (as distinct from selling
invitation-printing services to your own customers, which is
expressly permitted — see Section 9)
9. Your content
You retain all rights, title and interest in the invitation
templates, logos, fonts and guest lists you use with the Service and
in the PDFs it generates for you. We claim no ownership over any of
it. You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy and
appropriateness of any content you upload or generate, including
having any necessary rights to the invitation design and to the
guest names/contact data you process. Using the Service to run a
paid invitation-printing or personalisation business for your own
clients is explicitly permitted.
10. Our intellectual property
The Service's software, source code, design, "InviFill" name and
logo and all related branding are the property of WebVista and are
protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these
Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without
our prior written consent, except as reasonably necessary to refer
to the Service by name.
11. Third-party services
The required JS libraries for PDF reading/writing and ZIP archive
creation are bundled and hosted directly on our own server, so they
load from us rather than from a third-party CDN. The Service also,
optionally, loads Google Fonts from Google's content delivery
network. Your use of the Service is also subject to those
providers' own terms where applicable. We are not responsible for
the availability or behaviour of third-party CDNs outside our
control.
12. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not
guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify,
suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, including specific
features or plans, at any time. We'll make reasonable efforts to
give notice of material changes on this site.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without
warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory,
including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the
Service will be error-free, that guest names will never be truncated
or mis-positioned due to your own configuration or that generated
PDFs will meet a particular printer's technical requirements. Always
generate and check a Test PDF before running a full bulk batch — see
the in-app guidance for details.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebVista and InviFill will
not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential
or punitive damages or any loss of profits, data, goodwill or
business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of or
inability to use the Service — including printing costs, reprints
or event-related losses resulting from an error in a generated PDF.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate
liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the
amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WebVista harmless from any claims,
damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees)
arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of
these Terms or your violation of any third party's rights.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Pro features for any account
found to be in breach of these Terms, including abuse described in
Section 8. You may stop using the Service or close a Pro account,
at any time by contacting us — since the free demo needs no account,
there is otherwise nothing to formally cancel. Sections 9, 10, 13,
14, 15 and 17 survive any termination of these Terms.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to
conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or
the Service will first be attempted to be resolved informally by
contacting us at
contact@invifill.com. If unresolved, the courts located in India shall have exclusive
jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
18. General terms
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the
remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together
with our
Privacy Policy
and
Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the
Service and supersede any prior agreements on the subject. Our
failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do
so later.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date
at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continuing to
use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the
updated Terms. For material changes affecting Pro subscribers, we'll
make reasonable efforts to notify you.
